We have taken all sensible and proactive operational steps you would expect us to take, and we will continue to seek the expertise of local health authorities to guide any further adjustments deemed necessary along the way.
Flora Hall is your/our second home, and we will place the highest priority on the protection of our beloved customers, staff and the amazing Ottawa community. I commit fully to do our part to get us out the other side of this trying situation.
