We love collabs at Flora Hall Brewing, and we also love soccer, so our latest collab is special.
We’ve teamed up with Atletico Ottawa to create a special Spanish lager that celebrates the club’s Spanish roots (as part of the Atlético Madrid system), and also celebrates championship wins by both the club and Flora Hall!
“Atlético Ottawa has a championship-winning product on the pitch, and now we have a champion-worthy product in the taproom,” said Ron Palaczka, Chief Strategy Officer, Atlético Ottawa. “Our partnership with Flora Hall Brewing goes beyond this refreshing/crushable collaboration; it’s about bringing together two of Ottawa’s great local businesses and providing products you keep coming back for.”

Flora Hall owner and fanatical football fan Dave Longbottom added, “Celebrating Atlético Ottawa’s title-winning season, with a nod to the club’s Spanish roots and our own award-winning beers, felt like the perfect way to mark our partnership. Local businesses have worked hard to earn consumer support, and in Atlético we have another Ottawa institution seeking to deepen its roots and help build our community.”
Dave said that Flora’s new Campeones Spanish Lager is available in cans and on tap at Flora Hall and on tap around the city “in the many great gathering spots that share our passion for the beautiful game. Supporting local is more than a slogan – it materially contributes to an ever more vibrant city.”
The new beer – Campeones means champions in Spanish – was launched Aug. 19 with more than 100 Atlético supporters at Flora Hall. The event was in support of CHEO.
