DESCRIPTION:To help us squeeze the last drops out of summer\, we’re excited to introduce the latest in our hop focused series of IPAs\, the Enigma Simcoe Double Dry Hopped IPA! \nBrewed on a backbone of malted barley\, wheat and oats\, this delicious IPA is double dry hopped with Enigma (prominent in our North East IPA)\, and Simcoe (dominant in our West Coast IPA) to produce a unique blend of these two awesome flavour profiles. The result is aromas and flavours of mango\, passionfruit\, citrus and pine. A truly bi-coastal beer! \nTry a 14 oz. glass from the bar ($8) or grab a 4-pack from our Fresh-Beer-to-Go fridge ($15 inclusive of tax). \nOur kitchen has a special food pairing\, a crostini with grilled fresh fig\, goat cheese\, prosciutto and fresh rosemary grown on our roof! DESCRIPTION:Our Norwegian Kveik Pale Ale returns! \nThe Kveik (“kuh-vike” or “kuh-vake”?) was a big hit with our customers when we introduced it last year\, and now it’s back in time for hot summer days. \nBrewed with strains from juniper berries and Kveik\, a non-purified yeast used in Norwegian Farmhouse brewing\, it has flavours of apricot\, peach and juniper\, Fruity\, moderately sweet yet subtly bitter — in a word\, curious! We’ll have it on tap and in cans\, and watch for a special dish from the kitchen for launch day.
